SSC CGL 2024 Notification Post Details

Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University. Desirable qualifications include CA/CS/MBA/Cost & Management Accountant/Masters in Commerce/Masters in Business Studies.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

Junior Statistical Officer (JSO):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics in Class 12th, or in any discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects in graduation.
  • Age Limit: Up to 32 years.

Statistical Investigator Grade-II:

  • Education: Graduation Degree from any recognized University with Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics as a compulsory or elective subject.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

Assistant Section Officer:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
  • Age Limit: 20 to 30 years.

Assistant:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.

Inspector (Central Excise/Preventive Officer/Examiner):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.

Assistant Enforcement Officer:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

Application Fees for SSC Graduate Level 2024

For SSC CGL 2024, the application process requires candidates to pay a fee of Rs 100. However, certain categories such as female candidates, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-servicemen are exempt from paying the fee. The fee payment can be made online through SBI Net Banking or any other bank Credit/Debit Card. Alternatively, candidates can opt for offline payment using the challan generated during the application process.

SSC CGL 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for SSC CGL 2024 consists of two tiers of examinations. Tier 1 is a qualifying examination conducted online. Candidates who clear Tier 1 will proceed to Tier 2, which comprises three papers tailored to different posts. The final selection is based on the performance in Tier 2, with separate cutoffs established for each paper.
